To be a citizen of the Kingdom means that your life is ruled by God. He reigns in your life. This divine reign produces something deeper than outward religion, it brings forth character, integrity, and moral excellence of the soul. As Scripture declares: 1 Corinthians 4:20 (AMPC): For the kingdom of God consists of and is based on not talk but power (moral power and excellence of soul). The Kingdom of God is not about mere talk. It is transformative. When God truly reigns in a person's life, there is visible evidence.
