Using Loop Habit Tracker is very easy. Just enter the name of your particular habit, choose the number of days per week you want to dedicate to it ... and try to stick to your commitment. Whenever you spend time on your habit just enter this information and the app takes care of the rest.

A detailed display of all of your habits can be accessed at any time. In this tab you can take a look at a time graph that shows how many times you've completed your habit, or check out an intuitive calendar that indicates all the days you've dedicated to it.
