Case Study – Halloween Staff Party

In celebration of Halloween, the leading hotel chain based in Bloomsbury hosted an unforgettable staff party filled with spooky décor, fun entertainment and delicious food and drink. Upon entry, guests could enjoy a drinks reception in the Booker foyer and conference lobby, where they were also met by their ghoulish photo op and could admire the impressive entries to their carved pumpkins competition, presented for everyone to enjoy and marvel at.

The main suite was then opened to the guests, where they were immersed into a haunting and vibrant space home to a lively DJ and dance floor, decorated photo booth, and bar. The room was transformed into a spooky scene, with the walls lined with illuminated poster panels depicting Halloween imagery and atmospheric lighting throughout the room.

After mingling and taking in the scene, a large buffet filled with a spectacular selection of finger food and nibbles was brought out for the guests to indulge themselves in, while enjoying drinks from the bar, dancing along to the DJ’s remixed hits and taking photos.

Later into the evening and with the celebration fully underway, a speech of gratitude was given, and the winner of the infamous staff carved pumpkin competition was announced, making the night one to remember for all guests, but one of a particular special occasion to the winner!
