Based on your requests, added a small margin to make the right-most cells easier to tap for some edge to edge screens. Updates for latest Android devices. Fixes a crash on older Android devices trying to view certain puzzles. Reduces redundant network activity.

All puzzles now have approximate difficulty, and there has been some shuffling of puzzles between volumes to have equal difficulty between them. New sample puzzles now provide a balanced range of difficulty. Each puzzle has a picture. Tablet portrait mode shows more clues.
