Dear Heavenly Father,
We come to You through the power and authority of the blood of Jesus Christ, whose name is above every other name, and who disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities and made a public spectacle of them by triumphing over them on the cross. (Col 2:15) We position ourselves in agreement with Your Word and with other believers. (Matt 18:19) We believe that where two or more agree about anything that we ask, it shall be done by You, our heavenly Father. Jesus, You tell us that You give us the keys of the Kingdom of heaven; whatever we bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. (Matt 16:19) We believe that the effective prayers of righteous people will accomplish much (James 5:16) as we lock shields of faith and stand as watchmen on the walls for schools in our nation.
1. As David declared in Psalm 24, we say, “Lift up your heads, you gates, and be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of Glory may come in!” King of Glory, we invite You into (name of school). We declare that this territory belongs to You and that this campus will be marked by prayer, revival, and awakening. (Ps 24, Josh 1:3)
2. We ask for Your truth, which sets us free, to be heard throughout (name of school). We declare salvation, healing, and deliverance throughout this campus as many encounter the extravagant love of Jesus Christ. (John 8:32, Luke 4:18, Eph 3:14-19)
3. May the great river of God flow through (name of school) to bring renewal, refreshment, and life. We come into agreement that fear, anxiety, confusion, depression, and suicidal thoughts will be washed away in the name of Jesus. May students, faculty, and staff experience Your living water and receive power, love, and a sound mind. (Ezek 47, John 4:14, II Tim 1:7)
4. We ask for angels to surround (name of school) and for this campus to be protected from the enemy and his schemes. We decree that no weapon formed against this school will prosper. We bind the spirit of violence and death in Jesus’ name. May You reveal any evil plans, both physical and spiritual, so that they might not be carried out. (Eph 6:12, Matt 16:19, Isa 54:17, Ps 103:20)
5. We declare that strongholds and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God are demolished at (name of school). May ungodly agendas and ideologies be removed, and may the things of the Lord be raised up. We pray that our children are established in Your truth and in foundations of justice and righteousness. (II Cor 10:4-5, Ps 89:14)
6. We ask that laborers for the harvest be sent to (name of school). And may students be anointed and raised up as oaks of righteousness to share the gospel, repair the broken places, and rebuild the ruined cities. (Matt 9:38, Ps 23, Isa 61)
7. We speak Your abundant life and blessings over each person at (name of school). May students, faculty, and staff overflow with joy, peace, and hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. May they look to You and be radiant! (John 10:10, Rom 15:13, Ps 34:5)
