
Our Story.




Jerry Kroshus has over 30 years of experience in the auto finance servicing space, managing companies and teams specializing in auto refinance, remarketing, titles, collections, recovery and skip. He has served as President and CEO of Auto Approve, an auto refinance company that he co-founded in 2017, as well as President and CEO of PAR North America. He has also held senior roles at HSBC Auto Finance and Citigroup after beginning his career at GMAC. Kroshus came to Location Services through the acquisition of Auto Approve. He has been Location Services’ Chief Client Relations Officer before his current role of CEO. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.

Jose Delgado has more than 25 years of experience in asset recovery and remarketing. Prior to joining Location Services, he was the President of North American for CarZip and was responsible for operations and vendor relations. Delgado was also the SVP at PAR North America and oversaw sales, client relations and operations. He has held several key management positions including WFS Financial, HSBC Auto Finance and Manheim Auctions, where he was the AGM of Manheim Utah Auto Auction. Delgado has extensive Six Sigma experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration.

Mohit Mahajan brings over 25 years of IT and product management experience in automotive remarketing and healthcare industries. Mahajan spent 21 years at KAR Global and led multiple divisions, namely PAR North America, CarBuyCo, ADESA and IAA. Most recently, he was Vice President at Miracle Software Systems, based in Novi, MI. Mahajan’s proven track record of leading IT and product development teams has enabled his partners to experience new and better ways to transact more effectively. In his position as Chief Information Officer, Mahajan leverages his strong background in IT leadership, customer focus, strategy and innovation. Mahajan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Tennessee.

Dimple Patel has 20+ years of industry experience and joins Location Services as VP of Finance and Accounting. She oversees all financial activities for both Location Services and InsightLPR business entities. Prior to joining Location Services, Patel previously worked at DRN as their VP of Finance / Controller from 2010 to 2017. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Mumbai University in Mumbai, India, and is also a CPA.

Paul Seger has more than 30 years of experience in the remarketing industry. Prior to becoming Chief Remarketing Officer at Location Services, he served as Vice President of Asset Remarketing at GE Commercial Finance, where he led remarketing strategies and operations. In recognition of his contributions to the industry, he was inducted into the National Auto Auction Association’s Hall of Fame in 2022.

Carolynn Huter’s career in Human Resources spans over 20 years in the automobile and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Location Services, Huter worked at Praxair Surface Technologies overseeing all functions of Human Resources on an operational level. She also spent 10 years with KAR Auction Services in many facets of the business from human resources, talent acquisition and management, operations, client relations, regional sales, employee engagement and training and development. Huter’s passion, drive and enthusiasm are key components of her leadership skills. Huter holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational/Corporate Management from Northern Illinois University.

Tom Haeberer has over 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, with roles at SRS, Toyota Financial Services, ABC, and ADESA. During his time at Toyota Financial Services, he played a key role in expanding auction locations and enhancing remarketing strategies. He is an expert in sales operations, e-business, and remarketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the industry.

Peggy Hood has over 20 years of experience in the auto finance servicing and banking industries. Prior to joining Location Services, Hood worked for PAR North America as a Senior Account Manager, as well as a Production Support Manager. Additionally, she has experience with Chase Bank as an Assistant Banking Center Manager. She has an extensive third-party servicing background, leading impound divisions as well as overseeing client teams. Hood’s knowledge, experience and leadership in operations makes her a great addition to our senior team.

Miriam Salama’s career in collateral recovery began over 10 years ago with Vendor Transparency Solutions (VTS). Prior to joining Location Services, Salama held a leadership role with Recovery Industry Services (RISC), overseeing key client accounts and fostering client and vendor relationships. During that time, she became closely engaged with collateral recovery companies and gained extensive knowledge of the repossession industry. Salama’s experience and credibility with industry clients and vendors are an asset to our customers. She has a comprehensive understanding of compliance, client and vendor relations.

Michele Connell has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has extensive knowledge and experience in client relations, sales, marketing, collections, operations, vendor management and contract management administration. Prior to joining Location Services, Connell was Director of Client & Vendor Relations at NCCI and was instrumental in diversifying and expanding their field contact process into a wide variety of field solutions. In addition, she has served over 25 years as Director and Conference Committee Director on the California Credit Union Collectors Council and has held several key committee positions within the credit union industry.

Sean Fee brings over a decade of invaluable expertise to the auto finance servicing industry. His extensive background includes a significant tenure at PAR North America, where he excelled as a Senior Account Manager. Sean is a proud graduate of Indiana University, holding a Bachelor's Degree. His seasoned experience, leadership mindset, and dedication to delivering results have naturally positioned him for continued growth. He has advanced to the role of Vice President of Operations at Location Services where his operational excellence, strategic direction, and commitment to client success make him an invaluable asset to the organization.

Joseph Kalliath brings over 20 years of leadership in software architecting and development. Prior to joining Location Services, Kalliath was a Global Account Manager at UST, California based technology company, spear heading one of their high-profile clients in American multinational consumer credit reporting agency. Prior to UST, he spent 10 years with KAR Global handling multiple divisions including ADESA and AutoVIN. Kalliath’s proven business and solutions-oriented acumen, coupled with years of automotive remarketing and fintech domain knowledge, uniquely positions him for his current role. Kalliath holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.

Manisha Malae has over 10 years of experience in software engineering and product management, with 8 years specifically in the repossession industry. She previously worked at PAR North America as a Product Owner and Software Engineer, successfully managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Manisha began her career at Location Services as a Software Engineer, where she built a strong technical foundation that has continued to promote innovation throughout her career. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Wright State University.

Jennifer Perry has over 30 years of experience in key management roles overseeing title operations. Prior to joining Location Services, Perry held the Title Services Manager role with PAR North America for 21 years and is widely viewed as an industry leader. Prior to PAR North America, she worked for the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Perry is well versed in all national titling aspects and her extensive knowledge in the automotive industry is what makes her leadership skills a great addition to our growing business.

Mike Rodi has over 26 years of experience in the remarketing industry, specializing in third-party remarketing growth. As a former Territory Manager at GE Fleet & Element Fleet, he played a key role in building a leading third-party remarketing business. He is focused on expanding third-party services and dealer business. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst College.

Jeremy Turner has 10 years of extensive industry experience in managing national vendor relationships. Prior to joining Location Services, Turner held management roles in vendor and client team departments during his stint with PAR North America. He has oversight of Location Services’ national vendor network. Turner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Central State University.
