Payments are due on your subscription date. Services begin after the first payment is successfully received.
Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. All fees due prior to the cancellation date must be paid in full.
Ad spend
Billed separately
Ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta or Google. It is not included in Local Klicks management fees.
Refunds

All payments are non refundable once billed due to reserved production capacity and labor allocation.
Revisions

Website design includes up to two revision rounds. All edits must be submitted together in a single Google Doc.
Exclusivity

Exclusivity applies to Website plus Local SEO only. Paid ads and content services may be provided to others in your area.
Common questions
Work begins after your first payment is received. We onboard new clients during the first work week of each month. If you sign up later in the month, access collection and prep begins immediately, and the structured onboarding kicks off at the next available window.
We need access to your Google account, Google Business Profile, website hosting and DNS, ad accounts, logos and brand assets, photos or videos, and accurate business details. All of this should be provided within 7 business days to keep the timeline on track.
No. Local Klicks cannot guarantee rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Results depend on algorithms, competition, market conditions, budget, and how quickly you provide access and approvals. What we do guarantee is that we show up, do the work, and optimize consistently.
You do. All business accounts, including Google, Meta, ad accounts, domains, and hosting, are owned by you. If Local Klicks creates any accounts on your behalf, they will be transferred to you upon request after all outstanding balances are paid.
All website edit requests must be submitted through the official edit form provided by Local Klicks. Text messages, emails, calls, or verbal requests are not considered official submissions. Edits should be submitted within 7 days of delivery to keep timelines on track.
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, services will pause immediately until the account is brought current. Paused time does not remove payment obligations for the active billing period.
