Loc8te is a social app to help you locate friends in cities around the world. Solve the universal problem of arriving in a new city and not knowing which of your friends are about! Loc8te shows you the last known location of friends using the service, as well as their relevant Facebook check in history and hometown information. Loc8te can also automatically update your Facebook status when you arrive in a new city and will alert you when your friends are nearby. No more missing friends when you re travelling! --- Note: Loc8te features optional background location updates and proximity alerts. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Requires iOS 4.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
