Add custom fields to your menus

- Activate the plugin
- Go to Appearance > Menus
- Fill in the “subtitle” field
- Open header.php in your theme folder
- Search wp_nav_menu() function
- Add walker parameter: ‘walker’ => ‘rc_scm_walker’
