LivU is an app that brings you the opportunity to have randomly generated video chats with other users from different parts of the world. It's basically a type of Chatroulette for smartphones that gives you the chance to become friends with others.

You get to use your Android smartphone to view the different users and go from one user to another, talking only to those that you want to talk to. If you have a connection with someone, you can continue to chat with that person.
