It’s the fourth of July!  Happy Independence Day!

239 years ago today, America became their own country and wasn’t owned by Britain any more.  Oh yes.

In other news, I did my July whiteboard decoration.

I am particularly excited for this month, because first of all, NATIONAL ICE CREAM MONTH.  Also, I love French fries and macaroni.  Speaking of macaroni…

I dare you to eat your sign’s macaroni on July 7, National Macaroni Day.  I get to eat any and every macaroni.  I could live off of macaroni.  This has been a patriotic macaroni appreciation post.  Bye!

Thank you for three hundred views!  I now have a long list of countries viewing my page, too.  I’ll show you:

Anyway, I know I keep posting things like this a lot and it probably is boring to you guys, because instead of seeing interesting content all you’re seeing is “Thanks for following me” or “Yay!  ______ views!!!”  So, I will post a holiday.  I haven’t posted one of those in a while; why not?

May 27, today, is National Grape Popsicle Day.  I’m not a grape fan myself.  I’ll eat grapes, but I don’t like grape flavoring.  Same with cherry, except I won’t eat cherries.  Fun fact about me: I don’t like fruit much.  Anyway, here are all things funny, adorable and cool grapes:

The Zoo!

Tomorrow, our class is going on a field trip to…drum roll please…

THE ZOO!

I love the zoo.  And the fact that we do it INSTEAD of school is amazing.  We are going to the Columbus Zoo, and it has a pretty nice variety of animals.  There are six sections at the zoo; Expedition Congo, North America, Asia Quest, Australia and the Islands, Heart of Africa, and Shores.

I know that one of you reading this is from Australia, so I don’t know if you like, see kangaroos every day or if they live in the wild.  Anyway, in the Australian part of the zoo there are like, kangaroos, koalas, kiwis, orangutans, and something that looks adorable called the Feathertail Glider.

Also, I got two views from Canada!  And one from Finland.  The zoo has European animals, too.  It has Arctic foxes, grizzly bears, brown bears, moose, reindeer, and wolverines.  Cool.

I will take lots of pictures and post them here.  We get like, an hour of walking around the zoo with our groups before we head back to the education center, so I will have lots of time to take photos.

Also, this is irrelevant to the zoo, but there are tornado warnings issued for my area.  I JUST PLANTED FLOWERS!  If a tornado comes through the ONE year I planted flowers, I am gonna be mad.  That was hard work!!!  Like, tornado warnings are usually fake and don’t result in tornadoes, but if one happens that is gonna be pretty upsetting to be honest.  Wish me luck, bye!

Live from School!

Hi!  Today is National Have A Coke day.  And, I am posting this right from school!  We have the laptop carts today.

For starters, I went without posting yesterday because an article online said that people who post every day get less followers because they clog up peoples WordPress feed.  I would like to point out that that is not true.  I went without posting yesterday and I got less views than usual.  So, I think I will go back to posting everyday.  It’s more fun, anyway.

Also, I did get two views.  And those are very special views because one is from France and one is from Germany!  Now I have had views from America, Australia, France, and Germany.  Four countries!  Even if there were only one view from some of them.

Back to Have a Coke day.  The other day was National Beverage Day, and I did a post on Coke vs. Pepsi.  I should have saved it for today, if I had known it was Have a Coke day.  Like I said, I am a Pepsi person.  I wonder what’s inside Pusheen’s drink…hmmmmmm….
