Take control of your software estate
Losing control over your software estate leaves you in danger of legal and financial problems, reputational damage, and security breaches and makes it challenging to identify hardware and software optimization opportunities.
To help, we will run a SAM Maturity Assessment, which will ascertain the current state of SAM within your organization by interviewing stakeholders and sampling data to gain a clearer view of your SAM Maturity. During the assessment, we will review the governance, policies and core practices of your software estate, its operational design (including your SAM lifecycle), data, tooling and SAM priority areas like SaaS.
Our Assessment is designed to ensure that maturity targets and improvement roadmaps are both achievable and business-efficient while focusing on clear recommendations to reduce risk, improve governance and drive operational efficiency.

Interviews are conducted
During the interview, our experts will run through a questionnaire with the relevant stakeholders. If existing process or policy documentation is identified during the interviews, we will ask for copies of these.
Score and Document
The questionnaire, commentary and any shared documentation are assessed, scored and documented The document will highlight areas of risk and provide recommendations for improving maturity.
Customer Playback
The results of the assessment will be played back to stakeholders to ensure that everything has been understood correctly. The score and documentation will be updated accordingly based on feedback.
Final Delivery
We share our findings and recommendations from the assessment and present the full report documentation.
