What Our Clients Say
Testimonials
“You all do so much in providing the model and guides. The training took it a step further to expand on the logistics and role that the host plays to help enable open, honest and productive communication.”
“I really liked that we ran through what a conversation would look like before hosting our own. Also, all the packets and additional resources makes organizing a conversation a lot easier.”
“The vulnerability and openness. I also appreciated the respect of the leaders and my peers. There was a lot of good advice about ways to facilitate conversations that are not offensive.”
“Thank you! I really enjoyed this training and hope to start this conversation with students, colleagues, and friends.”
