This was asked recently in the

gimp_users community, and while it was sorted out in that specific post, I figured it wouldn't hurt to have an actual tutorial set up for future reference.

So today we'll be learning how to do selective coloring in GIMP, starting with either a colored image or a black and white one.

Temptation - I went a little overboard capping Demona (about to start doing 100 icons of her for

Needed to make an icon about Jack the monkey for

hp_lotr_potc, and couldn't find caps anywhere else, so I got out my DVD and capped it.
