LISREL 8.80 (Student) is the educational edition of the LISREL suite for structural equation modeling. It helps students learn and apply confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis, and latent variable modeling in a Windows environment. Models can be specified using the traditional LISREL syntax or the simpler SIMPLIS language, and diagramming tools let you draw and edit path models. PRELIS data utilities assist with preparing covariance/correlation matrices, working with ordinal variables, and addressing missing data. Estimation options commonly include maximum likelihood and weighted least squares, with support for robust methods for non-normal data.
