All customers that want to write a review using Lipscore services are required to give their consent for publishing the review. Each individual review has the consent attached to it. If the customer does not give his/her consent, the review will not be saved or published.
Lipscore offers a per request anonymisation feature to all customers
In order to provide our ratings and review services for our clients they are required to send us information about their customers and which services they have used or which products they have bought. Running our widgets on their websites also leaves traffic data exposed to our servers:

All customer data is irreversibly deleted from orders / purchases 6 months after the purchase data has been received by Lipscore. |
| Customer data – no ratings or reviews | 6 months | Lipscore receives full names, email addresses and phone numbers for our clients’ customers. If the customer has not added any ratings or reviews and has not made any new orders / purchases in the last 6 months, the name, email address and phone number is deleted permanently. |
| Customer data – has given ratings or reviews | 36 months | Full names, email addresses and phone numbers of customers that has given a rating or written a review will be kep for 36 months for dispute handling and to maintain historical, authentic review content. After 36 months all Customer Data will be deleted, and the ratings and reviews will be irreversibly anonymized. |
| Unsubscribed customers | Infinite | In order to honor customers unsubscriptions we do preserve phone number and email addresses of these customers, detached from other data such as purchases and reviews. Lipscore stores the email addresses and phone numbers as salted cryptographic hash, not in plain email or phone numbers. This prevents re-identification in the case of data leaks, while it still allows matchign for suppression. |
All Lipscore servers are located in the EU, but Lipscore is built on a cloud infrastructure which means that some data might move around various data centers inside the EU.
Please note: In principle, Personal Data as such is not transferred to, nor accessible from countries located outside EU/EEA (“Third Countries”). There are some exceptions;
