We know that it can be very frustrating when one day, you suddenly realize that you can’t access your Ling Premium account. There’s probably a lot going through your head, like, “Was my subscription lost?”
But don’t worry! Your subscription details are attached to your registered account in Ling and Google / Apple.
If you can’t access your Ling Pro account even though you’ve logged in with the same account you purchased Ling with, contact [email protected] and give us the following information:

Kindly note that we are not authorized to manage users’ subscriptions or payments on App Store. This is managed solely by Apple to protect customer privacy and security. In the Dialogue game, you need to fill-in-the-blanks of the dialogue with the correct word given at the bottom of the screen.
The game is simple, and you have all the answers at the bottom of the screen; you just fill in the blanks. You just need to fill in the words at the correct position. Take a look below, and we’ll walk you through it step by step.
- This is the start of the game; no blanks will be filled in, and all the words necessary to complete. The game will be at the bottom of the screen in the top right-hand corner. You can switch the Romanisation on or off depending on your level.
On the screen, you can see I have already inserted one word; the word is no longer in the Word bank at the bottom of the screen and is now in the correct place in the game.
On this screen, you can see I have completed 99% of the game and only have one word left in my Word bank
Using the final word, the game is now completed. You can click ‘Continue’ and proceed to your next lesson.
Before proceeding, if you have made any mistakes in previous lessons in this unit, you will have the opportunity to either “Continue” onto your next lesson or “Correct your mistakes.”
The app will show you both your mistakes and what you got correct. For now, we will hit the continue button and proceed.
Great, the lesson is now completed, and you can continue with the next unit.
