Our socket and davit systems are specially designed for buildings up to 490 feet tall, including those with multiple levels such as terraces and roof decks. The base plate is made from robust 16mm hot-dipped galvanized steel and includes two anchor points, each engineered to withstand forces up to 22.2 kN (5,000 lbs) in any direction, ensuring maximum safety and durability.
Compliant
All components of our rooftop davit systems including the davit arm, base, adapter sockets, and transport assemblies are fully compliant with CAL OSHA and IBC regulations. The standard mobile davit socket features a vertical formed socket, bottom plate, middle support bar, transport handle, and roller wheel assembly. Constructed from ASTM A36 steel with a durable galvanized finish per ASTM A123, these components meet or exceed OSHA safety standards.
