Dean is the CEO and Founder of Lighthouse Investment South Shore, where he serves as the primary Financial Advisor and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm. With 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dean brings a personalized, relationship-driven approach to portfolio management—treating each client like family.

Before launching Lighthouse Investment South Shore in 2025, Dean spent over two decades with Lighthouse Investment Group, Inc. His work there included client acquisition, ongoing support, investment research, portfolio construction, and office management. These experiences helped shape the values and service model he brings to his own firm today.

Dean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University.

Following graduation, he played professional hockey for six years, including time with the Atlanta Thrashers and Buffalo Sabres organizations. His discipline and teamwork on the ice continue to influence his approach to business and client service.

Dean holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial. Prior to that, he was associated with Commonwealth Financial Network for 24 years.

Dean lives in Plympton, Massachusetts, with his wife, Michelle, and their daughter, Mckenna. He is an active member of the community and has served on several local committees, including the Plympton Recreation Committee. He’s also spent many years coaching local youth sports, especially those involving his daughter—a role he considers one of his most rewarding. Dean still enjoys playing pickup hockey along with other hobbies such as fishing and golf.
