Right from the off Sarah put Jessica at ease. She is such an approachable person and a great listener. Jessica trusted Sarah very quickly and felt happy to open up on what was making her so anxious and embraced the tools that Sarah recommended and walked her through to try and overcome these. Knowing that Sarah is there to go back to as an option in the future is fantastic and very reassuring for both us as parents and Jessica.
