It's a great way to see how much workout progress you have made and what your next steps are. Track workouts Choose a program, choose a workout, and get going. Your progress will be saved so you can compare workouts and see how you can improve over time. Dashboard See your workout progress at a glance with a personalized dashboard that allows you to set custom goals Body Measurements Track your body measurements over time (with Apple Health integration) Customization Create custom programs, workouts, and choose from thousands of exercises. Choose between different units to best fit your weight, distance, and length preference. Privacy We believe privacy is a human right and do not collect any user data. And so much more... This allows us to expand our offering of exercises as well as programs and workouts over time to better service you the customer as opposed to letting the app stagnate. This app offers plenty of functionality if you do not want to subscribe, you are free to create a limited number of programs and workouts, and you may record as many workout sessions as you like! Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings.
