This app allows you to manage your wellness and fitness through personalized recommended workouts based on your goals and level. The workouts are automated or live, with a variety of choices including fitness, mindfulness, cardio, strength, yoga, pre-natal, Pilates, etc.
Google Fit Integration allows you to retrieve activities recorded through Google Fit.
