Every Deadman gets a Branch of Sin, from the Wretched Egg's earthquake crystal spreading blah blah backstory. Toto's is called Love Labyrinth, it's a copycat skill. Basically, if he licks another Deadman's blood (yeah.) then he can use their ability. Right now he only has Crow Claw, which allows him to form his blood into blades.
