Article requests are processed by library document delivery staff between 8am and 5pm on regular business days. You are welcome to submit requests 24/7 and on weekends and holidays. We will take care of them as soon as possible on the next regular business day. This subject guide contains information and instructions for our new document delivery service app.

When you first login or when you experience a change, please update your Status and/or Department information on the Manage Account screen. The Manage Account screen is accessed by selecting Account Details from the Account drop-down menu.
On the account details screen, please select the correct Status and Department for yourself, then click the Save button. If you are affiliated with Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in a manner that does not include being provided with a Burrell email account, please see Preceptor Specific Instructions for additional information.
