The Library offers 40 desktop PCs with black and white printing capability. LSUS students are allotted 100 prints per semester in the library (additional pages are available in the campus-wide lab and the Student Success Center).
Tips for Successful Printing
The library has 3 book scanners for student and faculty use located on the first and second floors of the library.
Noel Memorial Library provides students, faculty, and staff access to a wide-format poster printer. Order your prints in person at the circulation desk any time the library is open.
We recommend using one of our templates to ensure your poster is formatted to the correct size. Please use the provided templates as a reference, but DO NOT use them as your actual submission. Templates can be found here.
Printing is available on 1 type of paper:
Heavyweight Coated- Insta-Dry capability. Ideal for rich, color-accurate prints, working comps, and design proofs.
Bring your file as a PDF on a USB drive in person to the circulation desk any time the library is open or send your file as an attachment to libcircdesk@lsus.edu. When placing your order, please indicate the size, paper, and number of copies you would like. Payment is required at the time the order is placed.
You will be notified by e-mail when your prints are ready. Visit the circulation desk to pick up your prints.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and printing your requests, especially at busy times during the semester. Orders submitted after 7 p.m. will be processed the following business day. Large orders will require more time to process and print. Please contact the library for more information on placing large orders.
You can pay for your prints in cash or online through MyLSUS. Payment must be made before the library will print your order. Contact the circulation desk with questions about payments.
