Operations Manager
With over 15 years of experience in education management, I have worked across a wide range of academic and operational areas, supporting both students and staff to achieve excellence.
My experience includes overseeing academic quality, developing student support systems, strengthening institutional processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
The greatest reward in my work is seeing students graduate and grow - not only academically, but personally as confident, capable, and well-prepared individuals. Supporting students through challenges, helping them build resilience, and watching them reach important milestones is what continues to inspire me.
My goal has always been to ensure that students receive the guidance, clarity, and encouragement they need to successfully navigate their studies.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and making the most of every moment with my family, friends and of course my dog.

My role is centred on collaboration, connection, and growth. I work closely with our partners to create progression pathways, strengthen academic standards, and ensure our programmes remain relevant in an ever-evolving global landscape. Having worked directly with students, I am especially passionate about developing partnerships that open real opportunities and support learners at every stage of their journey.
