Fabrication Solutions and Services

Laser Cutting

Our facility is equipped with advanced laser cutting technology, ensuring precision and efficiency at every step. We can handle a wide range of materials and thicknesses with nesting capabilities maximizing sheet yield to reduce cost.

Forming

Our forming capabilities include force capacities up to 275 tons and precision CNC bending up to 13 feet long. We utilize a semi-automatic panel bender and robotic press brake cells.

Turret Punching

Turret punching capabilities include up to 5′ x 10′, 22-ton, 48-station with auto-indexing. This allows for precise fabrication in a wide range of part sizes and configurations with capabilities to punch up to 8ga carbon steel material.

Welding

We have both MIG and TIG welding services performed by AWS and CWB certified welders. Our welding capabilities include carbon, stainless, and aluminum welding.

We utilize stud welding stations, spin riveting stations, and spot welding up to 200KVA.
We offer in-house design and development of welding fixtures.
For high-volume production, we also offer robotic welding solutions that deliver efficiently without compromising quality.

CNC Machining

Our CNC lathe has automatic feed capabilities for efficient, high-accuracy production.

Powder Coating & Finishing

We offer in-house powder coating, environmentally friendly stainless steel wash stations with polymer pretreatment. We also offer value-added finishes, including plating, anodizing, e-coating, and galvanizing

Machine Information:

Two in-house automated powder coat systems: 550-foot line with an opening size of: 2′ W x 6′ H and a 700-foot line with an opening size of: 4′ W x 8′ H
Three-stage and five-stage environmentally friendly stainless steel wash stations
Polymer pretreatment wash station (clean and coat parts, prevent flash rusting, and improve powder adhesion

Hardware Insertion

We offer precision hardware insertion services using both automated and manual equipment ensuring consistency and accuracy.

We provide a full range of high-quality tools and machines specifically designed for the installation of numerous styles of hardware.
We offer assembly and kitting services to help reduce internal labor needs and minimize machine usage, ultimately saving time and cost for our customers.
