SATURDAY (3/23), BETWEEN 8:15PM-10:30PM EST: YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER YOUR PROJECT TITLE, TEAM MEMBERS AND TEAM NAME AT THIS TIME (NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED).
SUNDAY (3/24), BEFORE 8AM EST: UPLOAD YOUR DELIVERABLE. DELIVERABLE MUST INCLUDE AT MINIMUM A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION (PPT)*. DELIVERABLE MUST BE 7min (max), 3min Q&A. Completley optional: You can bring additional equipment to during your presentation (additional laptops, arduinos, etc.)

7:45AM (3/24): Your team must be physically in main event area at Building C (the High Bay, C2).
8:00AM (3/24): FINAL DEADLINE FOR DELIVERABLES. SEE ABOVE FOR INFO.
8:10AM-8:25AM (3/24): HAVE A QUICK BREAKFAST (IT'S FREE!). You can bring breakfast to the judging session (not reccomended to eat during your timeslot* though).
8:30AM-10:30AM (3/24): THE JUDGING SESSION. EACH PROMPT IS IN A DIFFERENT BREAKOUT ROOM. BREAKOUT ROOMS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT BREAKFAST and ON SLACK at 8:15am. YOU MUST WATCH OTHER TEAMS PRESENT IF YOUR BREAKOUT ROOM PERMITS ENOUGH SEATING.
*Timeslots will be announced in each breakout room.
