On a smaller team like ours, everyone wears a lot of hats. We represent a variety of creative disciplines, and collaboration is integral to everything we do. We really like self-starters and people that can lead themselves and communicate well. There’s not a lot of handholding, so if you have an idea, we want you to take it and run. If you don’t know something, learn. If you see a problem, be about solutions.
We’ve got a great hybrid work schedule with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with Mondays and Fridays remote. Full-time employees have a complete benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement benefits, life insurance, vacation, and holiday pay.
