here you go. this is just a sketch that i was having fun with...so i guess an experiment. i love how it just glows. its crazy!

well. actually i just found these on my desktop and i have no clue who wrote it. but HEY! FREE EXERCISE TIPS :)

1) Basic Crunch
2) Rt. Oblique Crunch (lay on your back and put your hands behind your head like your going to do crunches, and then lift your right leg and touch it to your left elbow, and when you lay back down after each crunch, exstend your leg)
3)Lt. Oblique Crunch (Same thing as #2, but left leg and right elbow)
4)Toe Touches (lay on your back and make your legs at a 90 degree angle, so your shins are parallel to the floor and ceiling. and then try to touch your ankles, then lay back down and then touch again, etc.)
5) Reverse Crunch (pull legs to chest, rocking just a LITTLE so your butt goes a little off the ground and you feel it working your abs)
6) Right Side Crunch (Put your left hand on your right side, have your legs tilted to the left, and do side crunches towards your knees)
7) Left Side Crunch (Same as #6, opposite but left)
8) Push Throughs. (lay on your back with your legs the way they would be in a crunch position, but have then about a foot apart. then clasp your hands and face your palms away from you, as if to crack your knuckles, and then push your hands through the space between your legs. Have your head looking towards the ceiling when you do this. *if it hurts your neck. dont do it, cause it hurt mine, and i did it anyways, and then i had a sore neck the next 2 days*)
9) Leg Pushes (lay on your back with your legs up in the air and push your legs to the ceiling, so that your butts going up. make sure you feel it in your abs, then you know your doing it right)
10) Alternate Curles (This is simular to the Oblique Crunch, but instead of exstending your leg when you go back to lay down, just put your foot back down on the ground. also, your alternating between legs. so you do left leg to right elbow, right elbow to left leg, left leg to right elbow, etc.)
11) Curl. (put your hands on tummy and do little crunches, but curl up).

i guess you do one after the other? i dont know.

so i just finished another drama! YAY!
its called Hana Yori Dango and is based off of Boys over Flowers :)

sooo...so far i have watched
  1. Palace (Korean Drama)
  2. Hana Yori Dango (Japanese Drama)
    
YAY!!!
