About Us

Before founding Lember, the founders had a combined 16 years of experience in the industry. Victoria built and led sales for a SaaS product and later worked in a leadership role at a software development company, while Konstantin focused on design and managing development teams within his own agency. Coming from different roles, we shared a clear understanding of how design, technology, and business should work together. This became the foundation for Lember.

Lember design and develops solutions for small and mid-size businesses. One of our most successful projects was a platform with specific 3D animations for a London Design agency. With a small, close-knit team and a strong focus on delivery, we established structured development processes and assumed full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery.

More than 10 projects were successfully launched across sales & marketing, healthcare, and fintech. Lember quickly became one of the fastest-growing IT service providers on Upwork.

The first enterprise-level engagement was delivered in the travel and hospitality domain for a US-based client. By this point, the team had grown to 15 specialists, with over 25 completed projects behind it.

We opened a new office that became our dedicated development center and were invited to speak at international tech conferences. By this point, our work had shifted toward longer-term collaboration and more complex technical ownership.

AI and data-driven components gradually became part of our work, alongside more complex platforms and integrations. As the scope of projects grew, the team expanded to 40 specialists, with increasing attention to reliability and scalability.

The focus shifted toward products supporting remote work, as well as logistics and service delivery platforms adapting to new operational realities. This period strengthened our expertise in system optimization, performance, and long-term platform stability.

We began collaborating with technical universities in Ukraine and Poland, gradually strengthening our talent base. By this stage, our work spanned fintech, logistics, banking, healthcare, travel and digital marketing, with a growing focus on products that required ongoing development and modernization.

With over 100 completed projects, offices in Ukraine and Poland, and clients in more than 10 countries, Lember strengthened its role as a long-term technology partner. Our average project duration reached 2.5–3 years, reflecting a consistent focus on stable collaboration, ongoing product development, and continuous improvement.

We began working more closely with active SaaS products and existing digital platforms, supporting their ongoing development, while also building new solutions from scratch when projects called for it.

We continue working on evolving digital products and live systems, including active SaaS platforms, improving and extending them while supporting growth into new markets.
