Do you use an SSG? Why?
I use astro with certain components using svelte and SCSS.
Writing reusable components instead of copy pasting headers and stuff all
the time and being able to write in markdown is just simpler. I also like
the simpler minification setup compared to my awful gulp setup.
Do you use a component library?
I write my own reusable components but I do use a lot of code that I've
learned from tutorials and blogs. A lot of CSS tricks I've picked up are
from
Kevin Powell
and astro related ones from this collection .
What is a component library?
Is everything on this site yours?
All the code (which you can find on my GitHub ) is written by me and so are all the blogs. The colorschemes are randomly generated and all the images are stolen from random places on the internet. (The placeholder images on the lastfm widget were designed by me though.)
