Remake of my 3rd layout but with better CSS, semantic and accesible HTML, better responsiveness, svelte comopnents in certain places, themes and more. Its not its own 4th layout because many design choices and the overall desgin concept is the same.

To get started I used my own Astro Template so I didn't need to setup too much stuff but I ended up finding alot of bugs with it and also that I didn't actually want to use Eslint in the end so I ended up doing alot on my own anyways.
