Moving You to Utah
Are you considering moving to Utah and want to find a home to buy? Awesome!
Welcome to Utah. My name is Scott Buehler and I'd love the opportunity to serve you and your family as your real estate agent.
I moved to this gorgeous state 20 years ago with my wife Tammy and wouldn't dream of leaving! If you'd like to learn more about me, check out my about page where I share my story. Tammy, as pictured from our recent Ireland trip, is not a licensed real estate agent.
Let's face it, throw a rock, you'll probably hit a real estate agent. You have choices! So what makes me different?
- Are you self employed? I've been an entrepreneur for 25 years and successfully moved my business to Utah. If you need commercial real estate, I am part of a brokerage that has a commercial-focused real estate agent that can help with that search.
- Are your curious about financing? I'm a licensed mortgage professional with 6 glorious years of helping families finance a home. Although I can't be your lender and real estate agent on your home purchase, what I can do is refer you to incredible lenders that will give you that personalized, customized mortgage experience you'll need.
- Want a custom home builder? Having been in the business this long, I've developed incredible relationships with home builders that are excited to help you. As an example, one builder has built homes for 30 years. As a father to a disabled son, he knows exactly how to build the perfect home to provide a comfortable, accessible living to help make home care easier, while also focusing on your goals for the home (tons of plans to choose from).
- Need Exclusive Access? I know of projects coming before they arrive on the MLS. I'm at the forefront of exciting new developments that you can gain access to before they are announced and made available.
- I'll be your Utah tour guide! Across the site, especially on city pages, you will find access to my guides and resources to help you get to know the city you are interested in. My aim is to be a valued resource in your home search here at Moving Utah.
Your Moving Guide to Success
Follow these steps to begin your relocation journey to Utah.
- Setup an account and configure a property tracker alert for properties that fit your needs. You can specify price range, city, bedrooms, bathrooms and so much more. You could also setup an alert for new listings in your desired city that match your criteria. Be one of the first to know!
Please know: Your information only gets delivered to me, Scott Buehler. You won't be bombarded by calls from tons of real estate agents like those other sites. I'm looking forward to getting to know you! - Not sure which city is best for you and/or your family? Navigate to the homes for sale by Utah city page. The 5 recommendations I have are moving to St George homes for sale, moving to Cedar City homes for sale, moving to Hurricane homes for sale, moving to Washington homes for sale and finally moving to Ivins homes for sale. Each city page has a featured city guide below the listings to help you learn about the city and what it offers.
- If you narrow in on a city and decide on a community / subdivision, you will likely find my subdivision by city page useful to find homes just in those areas. If you don't see your subdivision listed, send me a quick email or text and I'll get it added ASAP. Until then, head over to the advanced search, look for "Search by Location Type" and change the dropdown from "City" to "Subdivision."
- Are you wanting a page that shows recent southern Utah single family homes for sale, city by city? Bookmark this one. It's a great reference page to see the newest listings so you'll be one of the first to know. Of course, if you need this on a more specific criteria (such as price range), the property alerts signup is best.
Welcome to Moving Utah. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve your real estate needs. This is my direct cell (435) 357-4345. Please feel free to call or text anytime. If I don't answer, I'm likely on a call, in a meeting, or helping clients. Just send a quick text and I'll call you back (I respond to text introductions as well!).
