Students are not allowed to have a mobile or smart watch on the school premises or in the classroom. Exceptions can be made for ESL students and students with dyslexia statements. 

There is increasing evidence  that mobile phones are harmful in the classroom. Students are less able to concentrate and their performance suffers. We want to be a phone-free school because it allows:

• less distraction and stimulis
• better discipline and order
• more focus during class
• a positive contribution to concentration
• more social interaction
• a safer environment (more privacy and less cyberbullying)
