Learning Tools for OneNote is a free add-in that brings accessibility and learning supports directly into OneNote to help students and educators read, write, and focus more effectively. It introduces Immersive Reader, a distraction-reducing reading experience that can read text aloud while highlighting, adjust text size and spacing, split words into syllables, and color-code parts of speech. Additional options like line focus and page background colors help reduce visual crowding and aid concentration. Designed for learners of all ages—including those with dyslexia, ADHD, or who are learning English—the tools promote fluency, comprehension, and confidence in the classroom and at home. Note: In many newer versions of OneNote, these capabilities are built in as Immersive Reader and may not require a separate add-in.

Learning Tools for OneNote is developed by Microsoft and is used by 1 user of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 1.0, 1.8 and 2.0. The name of the program executable file is ONENOTE.EXE.
