What Is Workstream?
ProjectManager users often require real-time access to project-related information that's specific to their role. Workstream makes it easy to stay informed on project developments as it displays a subset of the user's notifications and @mentions.
Whether you're meeting and communicating in person or across the globe, you'll never miss an important update from your team.
This widget appears on all three Home views including My Summary, Team Summary and Portfolio Summary.
Workstream Notifications
Workstream notifications include:
- @mentions for the user
- Any comments on tasks where the user is the creator or assignee of the task
Note: Workstream can't mark entries as read or unread, as can be done in Notifications. However, clearing notifications does not clear Workstream, and it will always maintain a chronological list of specific notifications.
Take Action Directly From Workstream
As notifications appear, feel free to click on them directly to take action within a project. This is an ideal place to see comments and task mentions to keep you informed and productive.
