Team Summary Dashboard

See a summary of your team's status to better manage workload and monitor progress.

As a team lead or project manager, you likely need a summary of your team's status to better manage their progress and workload. Tap into the visual data and information on the Team Summary view to make informed project decisions.

Overview

Team Summary is part of our Home view and allows project managers and team leaders to effectively manage their team's workload and progress. On the Team Summary view, you'll see a visual representation of your team's updated schedule, tasks and workload.

Locate the Team Summary page on the main navigation menu for easy access to team-specific data. You'll then see a dashboard that populates with team-specific data.

Team Summary Dashboard

The Team Summary dashboard outlines your team's current status, allowing project managers and stakeholders to better manage your team's tasks, workload and overall project schedule.

Easily determine the status of each task and whether or not the workload is unfolding ahead of schedule, on track or behind schedule. This allows you to take immediate action if you notice that overdue tasks are accumulating.

Tasks

The tasks widget is a summary of your team's tasks, allowing you to track progress in real time. The Team Task Summary also breaks down tasks by progress including not started, in progress and completed. Hover over the task pie chart to see the name of each task and its current status.

Team Workload

Team Workload is a visual representation of your team's current workload. It outlines all projects to which team members are assigned, the tasks within each project, and it breaks down tasks by which are ahead of schedule, on track or behind. You can also hover over the workload graph to see which tasks are ahead, on track and behind.

Schedule

The Schedule widget provides a visual summary of whether or not your projects are on or behind schedule. There is no hover functionality for the Schedule widget.

Team Breakdown

Underneath Team Summary, you'll see your Team Breakdown. This is an ideal place for project managers to check daily so they can understand what their team will be working on and the status of each project. It populates with what tasks are due today for the user's team.

Tip!: Look for the red warning sign next to tasks as they represent overdue tasks. This allows project managers to quickly spot potential delivery issues, click into tasks to make updates and ensure projects unfold on track.

Within the Team Breakdown, you'll also see Team Utilization which outlines the number of tasks assigned today in addition to whether or not any team members are on holiday. Hover over each number to see how many tasks are due today for any given team member.

Project Pulse

Project Pulse is located on the right-hand portion of the Team Summary view. Project Pulse represents a snapshot of all of your current projects.

Hover over the numbers to see what tasks still need to be completed for the project. You can also hover over the color-coded dot and the circle to see the status of the project and the percentage of tasks that are already completed.

A green dot represents a project ahead of schedule, an orange dot represents a project on schedule and a red dot represents projects behind schedule. Hovering on green and red dots will also tell you the percentage that a project is behind or ahead of schedule.

Workstream

You'll also see your Workstream feed on the Team Summary view. Learn more about Workstream on our corresponding page.
