How to Manage Tasks on the Team Page
View task assignments in addition to creating and reassigning tasks to others.
The team page allows you to easily see who is available to work on tasks, by team or individual user. In addition to viewing task assignments, you can create tasks on this page and reassign tasks to other team members without navigating back to the project.

Team Tasks
On the left-hand side of the page, you will see a list of users added to your account with the tasks assigned in your selected timeframe. On the top row of the list of team members, you can click the filter button to search for a name or to filter by team.
If you don’t have teams created, you can create a team by clicking "add a team" under the teams column. A popup will appear where you can create a new team without navigating away from the page.

To the right of the list of names, you'll see the teams column where you can see which teams your users have been added to. Next, you will see a list of tasks on a daily or weekly view. You can turn these columns off by clicking the columns button to the left of the filter. Tasks will be color-coded by priority with gray meaning no priority has been given.

Navigating Columns
You'll see assigned tasks for the selected user on the right side of the page within the selected timeframe. You can turn off or on several columns, including:
-
Project
-
Priority
-
Progress
-
Due
-
Tags
-
Estimated hours
-
Logged hours
-
Assignees
You can also filter the information on the right side of the page by clicking the filter icon. You can filter by priority, progress, projects, tags and due date. If the task is a milestone task, a diamond will be indicated to the right of the task name.
Reassign Tasks By Dragging Them
Once a user is selected, their tasks will appear on the right side of the page. Find the task that you wish to reassign and drag it over to the new assignee. Once you drop the task, the task will be assigned to the new user. You will notice that the task is no longer assigned to the previous user. If you wish to assign both users to the task, use the assignee column on the right side of the page rather than dragging the task.

If a user hasn't been permitted to view the project, a popup will appear so that you first need to add the user to a project before the task can be assigned.
Once the task is assigned to the new user, all project data will be carried over such as priority level, progress, logged hours, etc. If you assigned planned effort to the previous user, those hours will also be assigned to the new user as well. The new assignee will be updated in other areas of the software as well such as the project.
Invite New Team Members
You'll see an invite people button on the top left of the software so you can add new team members directly from the team page. Once you invite a user, they'll immediately have access to the software and the projects you invited them to.
