Team Page
Review team assignments on a daily or weekly basis, reallocate work and track progress by resource
The team page collects all tasks assignments for every user in the software for the current day or week. It's a resource management feature that allows you to track and manage the workload of specific teams or individuals.
- Click on a team member to see their tasks, priority, progress, estimated hours, logged hours, tags, project name and more—depending on filter settings.
- Click on a task to open the task card and make updates without leaving this view.
- You can also reassign tasks from the Team page by dragging and dropping, without navigating to another view.
Task updates made in the team page will reflect across all other project views and reports.

How to View the Team Page
Navigating to the team page is easy! On the left-hand menu, simply click on "team." You'll then be taken to the team page.

Choose a Daily or Weekly View
On the far right of the page, there's an option to navigate to a daily or weekly view. The daily view is the default. On the daily view, you will see tasks that are due today.
If you mark a task 100% complete on the day it is due, it will drop off the list tomorrow. If a task is marked 100% complete before today, it won't appear on the list. You can use the arrows on either side of "today" to navigate to yesterday or tomorrow.

Navigating the Team Page
On the right-hand side of the page is a task dashboard with the total number of tasks by priority. The circle around the number of tasks is color-coded with boxes representing the individual tasks.
Hover over each box to see the task details. You can hide the graph by clicking the icon to the left of the column button.

You can also assign new tasks to team members by entering them in the "+ New Task" field at the bottom of the screen.
Customizing Columns on the Team Page

Turn the following columns on or off by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top right:
Project: The project that the task belongs to. If this is blank, it is a non-project task.
Priority: The priority level of the task.
Progress: The progress of the task. If a task is marked 100% complete, it's considered done.
-
Not Started: The progress bar remains grey, and there is no percent complete indicated
-
Started: The progress bar turns pink and 25% is displayed
-
Halfway Done: The progress bar turns purple and 50% is displayed
-
Almost Done: The progress bar turns blue and 75% is displayed
-
Done: The progress bar turns green and 100% is displayed
Due: The due date of the task. If a task is overdue, it'll appear in red and an exclamation point will appear on the task dashboard.
Tags: Any tags entered will appear here.
Estimated Hours: Also called the planned effort on the Gantt.
Logged Hours: Also called the actual effort on the Gantt.
Assignees: The user or users that are assigned to the task.
Summary Tasks: You will see the colored summary task indicator next to the task name. The color maps to the chosen Gantt color. If no color is selected, the default is Teal Blue.
Tip! If you update any fields on this page, the data will be updated throughout the software.
The tasks can be filtered by priority, progress, project, tags or due date so you can see the information that matters to you.
Invite New People to Join Your Project
You can also invite new team members from the team page. Simply click on "invite people" on the upper left-hand portion of the page and enter in new team members either one at a time or multiple at once. If your current edition gives you guest licenses, you can change the role to "guest."
