Meetings

Schedule meetings and sync with your team at a fixed date and time. Add detailed information to the functionality-rich meeting cards.

Create Your Meetings

Easily create your meetings through your project and home calendars, the '+New' menu or using the Global Keyboard shortcut.

Project and Home Calendars

You can create meetings via your project and home calendars, and schedule these to be associated with a specific project, or none at all. 

In the home or project space, click the calendar icon in the sub-navigation menu to display the associated calendar view.

Hover over the calendar cell of the date you wish to schedule your Meeting, and Click  '+ create' to display the 'Create New' pop-up.

Select Meeting in the 'Type' field, add your meeting name and select your attendees. 

If you're viewing the calendar of a specific project, you will see the project name pre-populated - or 'None' if viewing your home space calendar.

You can add/remove/change projects here.  Finally, edit the date, start time and end time/duration as needed.

After clicking 'Create Meeting,' you'll see your meeting populate in the calendar. Hover over the meeting bar to display details.

The '+ New' Menu

You will see the '+ New' menu located at the bottom of the LHS of your screen.  From here select the Meeting option to display the "New Meeting" pop-up.

Keyboard Shortcut     

Simply use the Keyboard Shortcut ‘M’ on any page to trigger the 'New Meeting' pop-up.

Edit Your Meetings and Add Recurrence

Review, add detail and set the meeting recurrence via the associated meeting card.

To open the associated Meeting card, click the meeting bar on your project or home calendar.

You can also access the meeting card from the Home<Summary/Team Summary Pages. Click the meeting name found under the 'My Tasks' or 'Team Breakdown' section to display the Meeting card on the RHS of your screen.

The meeting card is rich in functionality and you can edit all details, plus add a description, to-do list, tags and files. Collaborate and interact with your team by using comments and mentions.

The 3-dot menu on the top RHS of the meeting card offers the options:  Move to project (which allows you to change the project associated with the meeting), delete and view history.

Recurring Meetings

Save time by adding recurrence to your meetings in a few clicks. Near the top of the meeting card, you'll see the recurrence icon and 'None'. Click to display the recurrence options.

Here you can set the frequency options as day/week/month/year and set the final occurrence.

After saving your options, you'll see your recurrent meetings populate throughout your calendar.

As with Recurring Tasks, you'll have the option to apply any meeting edits and deletions to a single meeting or all future meetings. 

Search for Meetings

Locate your meetings, navigate directly to meeting cards and copy meeting links using our Global Search feature.

Click the Global Search icon or Keyboard Shortcut 'S'.

Select 'Meetings' from the LHS dropdown, and enter at least 3 characters of your search term.  You will see relevant meeting results displayed.

From here you can click the meeting name text to display the associate meeting card. You can hover over the meeting name text and copy from the icon to share or review your meeting in a separate tab.
