Seasons

Seasons come and go
Downpours of rain, then ice and snow
Sunshiney days and a cool evening breeze
Budding flowers and leaves falling from trees
Time passes on while nature puts on a show

Seasons reconciled –
Between winter and summer
Spring mends bitterness

Summer’s End

Upon the breeze,
The scent of rain, refreshing, new.
Upon the breeze,
Sounds of lost laughter stir the trees.
I just notice something else too.
Summer storm brings the scent of you,
Upon the breeze.

Unpredictable

Scorching sun melts to
Fall breezes and back again
No rhyme or reason

Snowcaps

Sun shines on high peaks
Mountains climb into the sky
Snowcaps on all year
