Which plan do I need — GBP or CRM?
If you’re managing Google Business Profiles for clients — running heatmaps, scheduling posts, managing citations, and sending reports — the GBP plan is all you need. Start at $59/month for up to 10 locations.
The CRM plan adds lead tracking, call recording, pipelines, and client management tools on top of GBP. Most agencies start with the GBP plan and add CRM later if they need it. If you’re not sure, start at $59. You can upgrade anytime.
How does pricing work as I grow?
GBP plans are based on how many locations you manage:
$59/month — up to 10 locations $99/month — up to 25 locations $179/month — up to 50 locations
If you go over your plan’s limit, additional locations are $3/month each. So if you’re managing 60 clients, that’s $179 plus $30 for the extra 10 — $209/month total, or about $3.48 per client.
You can also add extra heatmap credits without changing your plan. No surprise bills — you can see your usage in the dashboard at any time.
Is white label included or is that extra?
White label is included with every plan at no additional charge. You can set up a custom domain, add your logo and brand colors, and have clients log in through your own URL. Any report links you share with clients will use your domain — not LeadSnap’s. Setup takes about 30 minutes.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no setup fees. If you cancel, your account stays active through the end of your billing period.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. LeadSnap does not charge per seat. You can add unlimited team members, VAs, or contractors to your account at no extra cost. You only pay for the locations you manage.
Credits, Add-Ons & Free Trial
How do credits work?
Credits power your heatmap scans. Each dot on the heatmap grid uses one credit. The size and shape of your grid determines how many credits each scan uses.
As a reference: a 13×13 square grid uses 169 credits per keyword per scan. A 9×9 circle uses about 61 credits per keyword per scan.
Every GBP plan includes credits per month: 10,000 on the $59 plan, 20,000 on the $99 plan, and 45,000 on the $179 plan. Most users on the $59 plan never come close to using all their credits. If you do need more, you can add credits as a standalone add-on without changing your plan.
Do unused credits roll over each month?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle — they do not roll over. That said, the included credits are generous for typical agency use. If you’re running one heatmap per keyword per week across 10 clients with a 9×9 grid, you’re looking at roughly 1,800 to 2,400 credits per month on the $59 plan — well within the 10,000 included.
If you consistently need more, you can purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan at any time.
Are citations included in my plan?
Citations are not included in the base plan. They are an optional add-on at $20/month per location. You only activate and pay for citations on the specific locations where you want them — there’s no blanket charge across all your clients.
Once activated, LeadSnap builds and manages your listings across 53 directories including Apple Maps, Bing Maps, Siri, Alexa, and car navigation systems. Your listings are never deleted if you cancel — you keep everything that was built.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial gives you 7 days of full access to LeadSnap at no cost. No credit card required to start. You can connect a Google Business Profile, run your first heatmap, explore the dashboard, and see exactly how the platform works before you pay anything.
At the end of the trial, you choose the plan that fits your agency. If you don’t upgrade, your account pauses — nothing is deleted.
What support is available when I get started?
Every account includes live chat support during business hours staffed by real people, not bots. We also host live office hours twice a week — Tuesdays 6pm to 8pm EST and Thursdays 11am to 1pm EST — where you can get real-time answers on the platform, local SEO strategy, and growing your agency. On top of that, you get access to video training, documentation, and unlimited one-on-one onboarding calls. If you get stuck at any point, you can schedule a call and someone will walk through the platform with you at no extra charge.
