This is your official permission slip to make Friday night plans. Drop the kids off at LCM and enjoy three whole hours to dine out, catch a movie, or savor the rare luxury of silence—while the museum turns into an after-hours playground.
Once the museum closes, the magic of color begins. Led by LCM educators, Parents’ Night Out: Pigment & Pattern Night is packed with BIG imagination and unforgettable nighttime adventures.
While you’re out, your little ones will enjoy a mini-camp experience featuring:
- Pizza from Acorn Cafe: No cooking or cleanup for you
- Museum play: After-hours access to the exhibits they love
- LCM Pigment & Pattern: Kids will step into a hands-on color lab where art and science come together through the vibrant world of tie-dye with the same trusted staff and high-quality activities from our famous camps.

What You Need to Know
Space is limited and is first come, first served. All attendees must be 4 years of age by the date of camp, no exceptions. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age prior to the start of camp. We also require that campers be fully potty-trained to register for camp. Please note that if you have not already set up an account with our new CampBrain system, you will need to do so when you register.
