So, remember my non-fan fiction writing project?  I've done three drafts and I've noticed a couple of things that are problematic:

1.  The whole thing is only 47,000 words or so.  It's going to be hard to move forward on taking it "public" if it's less than 60,000 words with 80-100K supposedly being "ideal."

2.  One story in particular is just a dud and probably cannot be used.  The main problem with it is I couldn't decide whether the protagonist is supposed to be an innocent dupe or a femme fatale.

On the other hand, some of the stories are really good even if they might need a bit more fine-tuning.  Plus I already have ideas for a sequel, LOL.

Now, here's where you come in.  If you want, PM me and I will send you the introduction (which is important, you have to read it to know what's going on) and one of my stories, at random.  The stories are short, so there's no big commitment!  I need to know what other folks think before the arduous work of putting together a proper manuscript for shopping purposes.
