The experience from start to finish is professional, friendly and convenient with massive thanks to Jecelene who communicates to you through WhatsApp to confirm your car and price. Jecelene is extremely kind and polite and made me feel at ease right away.
Once the car was confirmed we organised the day and time and continue to communicate through WhatsApp where Mr Aamir who handles the car drop off and pick up takes over messaging (they share WhatsApp so it’s easy for everyone to be kept up to date).
Mr Aamir is kind soul and when delivering the car was full of good energy, polite and made picking up the car very quick but also efficient and professional, he highlighted areas of the car which he knows has minor damage (to reassure me that it wouldn’t be something later highlighted as this is something I’ve had happen before with another rental).
The car we had was awesome but sadly as I began driving it my partner didn’t feel safe or like it so wanted to change it - for no fee or inconvenience a new car was with me right away for no additional cost but a car of similar value. To me this is going above and beyond and why I’d recommend Lavish Car Rental to anyone. This is all thanks to Jecelene who was on hand right away, showed compassion and understanding and organised Mr Aamir to bring another car. It was great to see Mr Aamir again who was again polite and kind.
When it came to returning the car you can message the WhatsApp to confirm where and your ETA where you’ll again meet Mr Aamir who even at 3am helped me and my partner remove our bags from the car at the airport.
Although both of the cars were awesome and in good condition, clean and polished the biggest reason why I recommend Lavish Car Rentals is because of Jecelene & Mr Aamir!

What are the LavishCars locations?
LavishCars operates throughout the UAE (Dubai and the seven Emirates) and the United States, from where it is currently headquartered in Houston with expansion plans in major cities across the United States.
Can I rent in Dubai and then rent again in the USA?
Yes. Your LavishCars experience follows you. Our Dubai renting clients book directly with us in Houston.
Is the fleet the same in both countries?
The brands are identical: Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes G-Class, Ferrari and more. These models are chosen according to the market and those best suited for those roads.
Do you deliver to airports in both UAE and USA?
Yes. Delivery to DXB, DWC and AUH is available in the UAE. In the USA we deliver to IAH and HOU in Houston. When you arrive, there are no counters, no queues. Your car is at arrivals.
What is the process to rent a LavishCars?
The quickest method is via WhatsApp. Please provide us with your destination, preferred car and dates and we will let you know straight away. You can also book online from the website.
Is there anything hidden or unexpected that adds costs?
No. In both markets there is full pricing transparency. What you book is what you pay, no extras at pickup and nothing unexpected at return.
Do you have monthly rental options in the UAE and the USA?
Yes. Both markets offer monthly rentals and they are typically cheaper than daily and weekly rentals. Perfect for longer holidays or longer business trips.
Is a chauffeur service available in both countries?
Yes. You can hire professional chauffeur driven cars in the UAE and in Houston for daily driving, events, corporate travel and airport transfers.
Will LavishCars expand into additional cities in the United States?
Yes. Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, New York, and Dallas are next. If you require a vehicle in a particular city that isn’t listed please get in touch with us directly and we will be able to tell you what we can do.
