The Client:
A real estate investor
The Problem:
Evaluating dozens of potential sites a week requires 10+ hours of manual searching through census data, real estate sites, and Google before applying a proprietary algorithm that scores and ranks each location
The Solution:
The developers built an online interface that automates scraping of census data, traffic counts, and competitors within 1, 3, and 5 miles from any given address. The tool allows the user to customize the scoring logic to weigh these inputs together and then stack ranks all the potential sites to identify those that should be prioritized for negotiation.
