By subscribing to or interacting with. Kyle Media, Inc (Latitudes & Attitudes), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all print and digital subscriptions, communications, and promotional offers.

1. Subscription Types

Kyle Media, Inc (Latitudes & Attitudes) offers the following subscription options:

  • Print Subscription – Six (6) print issues per year, delivered bimonthly

  • Digital Subscription – Full digital access via our website and mobile app

  • Print + Digital Subscription – Includes both formats

Subscription pricing, terms, and promotions are displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the full subscription term.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotional pricing, discounts, or bonuses apply only during the advertised period and are not retroactive.

  • Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise noted:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term at the standard subscription rate.

  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

  • Cancellation does not affect issues already fulfilled.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial terms, unused issues, or missed issues due to incorrect address information.

  • Once an issue has shipped or digital access has been activated, that portion of the subscription is considered fulfilled.

5. Print Delivery

  • Print subscriptions include six (6) issues per year, mailed on a bimonthly schedule.

  • Please allow 3–6 weeks for your first issue to arrive.

  • Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays.

  • Address changes must be submitted before mailing deadlines to take effect.

6. Digital Access

  • Digital subscriptions provide access via our website and mobile app.

  • Login credentials are for individual use only and may not be shared.

  • Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension of access.

7. SMS & Email Communications (Important)

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications from Kyle Media, Inc (Latitudes & Attitudes), including:

Communications may be delivered via email or text message depending on the contact information provided and the user’s consent preferences.

Email Communications

  • Subscription confirmations

  • Renewal reminders

  • New issue announcements

  • Exclusive offers and promotions

SMS/Text Message Communications

You may receive text messages related to your subscription, including:

  • Notifications when a new issue is released or shipped

  • Renewal or expiration reminders

  • Account-related updates

  • Occasional promotional offers

  • By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages from Kyle Media, Inc (Latitudes & Attitudes), including subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, delivery notifications, and alerts when new issues are released.

    Users may also separately opt in to receive marketing and promotional text messages, such as special offers, discounts, or subscription-related announcements.

8. Promotional Offers & Gifts

  • Promotional items (such as T-shirts, tote bags, or giveaways) are available while supplies last, unless otherwise stated.

  • Giveaway entries and winners are handled as outlined in the promotion.

  • Promotional items are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and shipping information

  • Keeping login credentials secure

  • Notifying us promptly of delivery or access issues

10. Intellectual Property

All Kyle Media, Inc (Latitudes & Attitudes) content — including articles, photography, design, and branding — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kyle Media, Inc (Latitudes & Attitudes) is not responsible for:

  • Postal delays or delivery interruptions beyond our control

  • Temporary digital access issues due to maintenance or technical problems

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to subscription use

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

13. Acceptance of Terms
