About Us

Lansing Engineering is a full service Civil, Environmental and Transportation Engineering and Land Surveying firm founded in 2001, located in Malta, New York. Lansing Engineering has grown to more than 20 high performance dedicated professionals led by partners Yates Scott Lansing, Jason Dell, David Shaver, Wendy Holsberger, and Alanna Moran. Our team is proud of the work we do, and we enjoy seeing our mark on the area as we all live, work, and play here in New York.

In 2024 Lansing Engineering expanded with the acquisition of Northeast Land Surveying increasing our in-house offerings providing surveying services to our clients. In 2025, Lansing Engineering expanded again with the addition of Transportation Engineering services. Both expansions brought staff to Lansing Engineering with decades of experience.

Lansing Engineering staff are passionate, efficient, and hard-working professionals that enjoy the projects they are involved in, office atmosphere, and other team members. The family-type atmosphere at Lansing Engineering helps to maximize shared responsibility, reliability, communication and respect between team members.

William M. Noble

William M. Noble is a Project Engineer with more than six years of experience in the construction industry. He earned an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Hudson Valley Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.

Christopher LaRosa is an intern who is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Vermont. Christopher assists with projects in our Civil, Transportation, and Survey groups.

Trenten N. Torres is attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute studying Chemical Engineering and is a member of the land development team and actively assists with SWPPP inspections and reporting.
