Lansing Connect is a real-time, free, civic engagement platform that allows the public to conveniently communicate non-emergency civic issues directly to city government from their smart devices. Download the Lansing Connect app to report community issues or problems; you can even submit photos and videos. When you use Lansing Connect, your report is submitted to the appropriate department and you can track its progress. Help us make your community a better place to live, work and play.
